By accessing or using Tidy Statement (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Tidy Statement provides an AI-powered tool that extracts transaction data from bank statements and returns it in CSV format. The Service is currently offered free of charge while in beta.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload statements that do not belong to you or that you do not have permission to process
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or money laundering
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service
Upload malware, viruses, or content designed to damage the Service

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for high extraction accuracy, we do not guarantee that the output will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it for financial, tax, or legal purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidy Statement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are processed in-memory and never retained.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
